Behold, the ultimate AR-style Tactical Shotgun. The all-new SDX12 combines the modularity of the AR platform, the ability to shoot slugs or shot, and a smart gas system that can handle 3″ and 2 3/4″ shells to create the most versatile AR-style Shotgun we’ve ever seen. It’s built around a detachable alloy upper receiver and advanced polymer lower receiver, and features a nice ThermoDefend forend that sports a full-length Picatinny rail on the bottom along with shorter rails on the top and sides. The SDX12 comes with an 18″ barrel that can handle shot or slugs without issue. It comes with 3 chokes (cylinder bore choke brake, full, and improved cylinder), and accepts Remchokes—a unique feature among mag-fed shotguns. Smart Piston Technology reliably cycles both 3″ and 2 3/4″ shells—even mixed within the same magazine—with no adjustments necessary. The carry handle features an integrated adjustable rear sight, but if you’d rather run an optic, you can remove both the front and rear sight. The SDX12 also includes a flip-up sight set if you’d prefer to use those. Last but not least, the SDX12 comes with 3 magazines: (2) of the 5-round variety, and (1) 2-round mag that nestles within the stock for added firepower.
